Roman Funkhouser has committed to Tennessee.
The 6-foot, 210-pound flanker is from Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.
The Vols’ 15s 2022 fall schedule is slated to begin Aug. 27 with its annual UT Old Boys Weekend. The complete 2022 fall schedule has not been released.
Tennessee won the national championship in 2021, defeating Bowling Green, 36-31, in the 2021 Fall Division-I Collegiate Club Rugby Championship.
Tennessee (11-0) outscored its opponents, 373-127, and recorded three shutouts in 2021.
