Ranked No. 8 in Tuesday morning’s Top 25 Preseason Rankings, St. John’s College High School (D.C.) opened its spring season off with a 10-7 win against No. 5 Boys’ Latin (Md.) on Tuesday afternoon. The Cadets have now won 23 consecutive games.
The Cadets completed an incredible 19-0 season in 2022, and although they graduated six Power 100 recruits, returners like goalie Caleb Fyock (Ohio State), face-off man Jackie Weller (Michigan), midfielder John Draley (Maryland), and IL’s No. 1 player in the Class of 2024 in attackman Ryan Duenkel (Virginia) lead the way for St. John’s. The Lakers’ roster includes 5-star junior Spencer Ford (Maryland) at attack and a Top 50 senior recruit on defense in Ohio State-bound Kyle Foster, among others.
