Jordan Smith Jr. stays winning. From taking home a national championship in third grade to securing two FIBA World Cup gold medals, the No. 2 player in the class of 2026 just added a new accolade; joining the growing New Balance basketball roster via an NIL endorsement deal.
“When I received the call I was excited. Like ‘New balance wanna talk to me??’ [It] felt good to be chosen by a company that felt like I was good enough to be apart of,” Jordan says. “I am truly happy to join New Balance.”
The senior at St. Paul VI High School out of the DMV just capped off a momentous summer, from rising up the rankings during the Nike EYBL to taking home the dub at the SLAM Summer Classic Vol. 7. And most recently, the 6’2 combo guard stamped his commitment to his newfound family in Boston by pulling up to the 2025 Beantown Elite Experience at New Balance’s headquarters in Brighton, MA.
