3. Jackson Maher | A | Bullis (Md.) | DC Express
A bull in a china shop at 6-4, 190 lbs., Maher’s body of work as an underclassman is as good as it gets, especially given the level of competition. Netting 50 goals as a sophomore, he now has 77 goals and 25 assists to his name through his first two years at Bullis, and followed up a huge spring with a plethora of lights out showings on the summer circuit with DC Express, including a flat-out ridiculous campaign at NLF in mid-July.
