On the eve of the Princeton Tigers’ first Championship Weekend appearance since 2004, Georgetown Prep (Md.) junior attackman went public with his commitment to the Tigers.
Kabiri had told Lacrosse Bucket of his decommitment from the Hoyas back in mid May.
The attackman joins his teammate Colin Burns in the Tigers’ 2023 class. He is the third player rated as a five-star by Inside Lacrosse to verbal to Matt Madalon’s program thus cycle, joining Burns and Bullis (Md.) midfielder Tucker Wade.
After starting his high school career at Episcopal (Va.), Kabiri transferred to Georgetown Prep following the 2021 season. He put up 59 goals and 29 assists for 88 points on the year while helping to lead the Hoyas to a 13-6 record that concluded with a trip to the IAC title game.
