Dilin Jones has drawn interest from many prominent Power 5 programs during his recruitment. On Friday, the blue-chip running back announced that he will play college football in the Big Ten.
Jones has committed to play for Wisconsin. The 5-11, 180-pound standout of Our Lady Good Counsel HS in Maryland shared the big news on his Twitter account.
The Badgers beat out 30 other teams to land Jones. He is now the highest-rated pledge in Wisconsin’s 2024 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite. Jones is ranked 4-stars, the No. 5 Maryland product, No. 13 running back and No. 178 prospect overall in the Class of 2024 for a Composite score of 0.9297.
